Our responsibility for people and nature starts with the raw materials and regionality is a particularly important factor. That's why we source 45% of our raw materials from suppliers within a radius of 100 km. In addition, we pay attention to the nutritional quality of all our products. We reduce the salt and sugar content and, where possible, avoid the use of food additives, flavour enhancers and allergens.

Our corporate management is based not only on economic but also on ecological principles in the sense of sustainability. We therefore regularly review the goals we have set ourselves and our corporate policy. We consider the latest technologies for environmental protection to be particularly important.  As a family business, we are particularly proud of our employees' strong bond with Windau. Company anniversaries of 20 or even 30 years are not uncommon for us! At the same time, we are a training company and gain highly qualified and motivated junior staff with our apprentices, whom we train in production and administration.
